Cà rốt cắt thành những khúc nhỏ. Hành tây và tỏi cắt nhỏ hạt lựu.
Cho cà rốt, hành tây và tỏi vào nồi, thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu ô liu và 500ml nước ninh rau củ vào, đun sôi khoảng 5 phút. Sau đó thêm 400ml nước lọc vào, nêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê, đun đến khi rau củ chín mềm nhừ là được.
Cho hỗn hợp vào máy xay sinh tố xay nhuyễn mịn. Sau đó thêm vào 5 muỗng canh bơ đậu phộng và 2 muỗng cà phê tương ớt vị tỏi vào, tiếp tục xay cho hỗn hợp được mịn và quyện đều.
Cho soup ra tô, trang trí thêm ít húng quế, có thể rưới thêm ít sữa tươi hoặc trộn thêm ít dầu ô liu kiddy trước khi cho trẻ dùng nhé!
