Captain here: I have a BBA. Bachelors of Business Administration. 1. Your employability will depend on your major. My major is Business Management. Majors can be HR, Mktg, SC and Logistics, Informatics, etc. Check jobs and requirements and decide. Filter by Business Administration or Management or Strategy to get an idea of requirements. 2. You MUST study further. It makes MBA easier, but without studying further you will not get better possibilities. Your working experience is good too. I had the same. My exit strategy is Management Consulting. You can research that too. Write your CV in MC format. It helps a lot. For me, things got worse before they got better. Good luck. Don't give up if it gets bad. There is always a plan to be made. Such is business. *flies away*

Depend on what you are doing and want to do in the future. But studying how business and economy works is always useful. Management skill is also essential at some point of your career. A great manager can wing it with guts but most don’t have it.

Dunno, I am just Electrical Engineer, bachelor's degree... Whats is Business administration major?? I think I was lucky ~ I coukd study future but I see no point on it yet.

Yes. That's a degree that will help you get many different jobs, and if you're working too that's a plus. A degree may be required but experience is what gets you jobs.
