Đun sôi nước, cho lưỡi heo vào trụng cho trắng đục bên ngoài.
Cạo sạch lớp màng ngoài màu trắng đục. Sau đó, rửa lại lưỡi heo cho sạch.
Cắt lưỡi heo thành miếng vừa ăn (dày khoảng 2cm).
Cà chua cắt đôi, bỏ hạt qua rây để lấy lại nước cà, cắt nhỏ cà. Xay với nước cà cho nhuyễn. Khoai tây và cà rốt rửa sạch, gọt vỏ cắt miếng vừa ăn tùy thích.
Ướp lưỡi heo với 1 muỗng canh đường, ½ muỗng canh muối, ½ muỗng canh bột ngọt, 2 muỗng cà phê hành tím băm, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm.
Phi thơm 1 muỗng cà phê hành tỏi băm với 1 muỗng canh dầu, cho cà xay vào nấu chín cà khoảng 10 phút.
Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu vào phi thơm 2 muỗng cà phê hành tỏi băm, cho lưỡi heo vào xào thật săn.
Thêm 500ml nước dừa vào nấu sôi rồi đổ sang nồi áp suất, thêm nước cho xăm xấp thịt. Đợi đến khi nồi hết reo thì mở nắp.
Đun sôi trở lại, cho cà rốt vào nấu 7 phút thì cho khoai tây vào, nấu thêm 15 phút hoặc đến khi khoai mềm thì cho cà chua vào. Nêm lại cho vừa ăn.
